Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. CEO Calls for Nationwide Effort to
Increase Individual Shareholder Voting

In remarks before the National Press Club on March 29, Richard J. Daly, the chief executive of Broadridge Financial Solutions, the nation's largest shareholder communications company, called on all CEOs to encourage individual shareholders, including employee shareholders, to vote their proxies.
